Essence of MAW ?
Diversity is essential to build an inclusive culture that promotes belongingness. In today's workplace, the role of women in HR is more important than ever. Women help bring the elements of empathy, care, and a unique perspective which allows nurturing, cooperation & team spirit. They bring unique perspectives and ideas to the table and play a critical role in ensuring that companies create and maintain positive and supportive work environments for all employees.
Over the years, more and more women have been breaking the mould and leaving their mark in this exciting and dynamic industry. From developing a culture that promotes equality and diversity to supporting employees during change and transition, women in HR are essential in creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture. They are also instrumental in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent, which is necessary for the success of any organisation.
Why MAW?
Through the Exceptional Women Awards, we want to infuse positivity and encourage the spirit of innovation amongst the change makers. We want to spread awareness thru storytelling about how they have contributed towards enhancing human capital and making a difference for all.
